Many thanks to Daniel P. Moynihan for his “Address to the Entering Class at Harvard College, 1972” [December 1972]. This senior citizen read it with relish and profit. Mr. Moynihan has redeemed the word “honorable,” making it once again bright, relevant, and honest. It is a pity he is going to India. We need him here.
