It took two ballots, but Mike Huckabee beat out Mitt Romney in the West Virginia caucus. Both candidates spoke there and Romney did his usual expert organizing. Is this a sign of things to come? Well, this is what news hounds ask during Election Day afternoon when no other returns are available. To put it in context: McCain lost in the first round and his voters switched over to Romney.
