He then quotes Obama to Obama on the beauty of the filibuster. He quotes Daniel Patrick Moynihan on the proposition that all major legislation should be bipartisan. “We will have to renounce jamming it through … or the only thing bipartisan will be the opposition to the bill.” Ouch.
